“Institutional Fluidity” slides from Lead 2011, Chicago

Loved these slides! Thank you for your generosity in sharing them. I especially appreciated reading the one on what institutional fluidity would look like. And in that list I saw my leadership style, a style about empowering others and using creativity and new ideas and people as opportunity rose. A style that got me into trouble since the powers that be did not understand this style no matter how much I explained it, demonstrated it, and empowered them to do what they needed to do. But now I know that’s what happened because I read the slides which identified my point of view.
