As some of you know from a chat a few months ago, I signed a multi-project agreement with Chalice Press focused on Jesus. I loved working with them so much that I quickly said yes, especially in this new season of vocational life. Chalice is not a huge shop, but everyone I have worked with there has been lovely, and their booklist converges with my own theological perspective. Head on over to their catalog and buy stuff :-)
After the contract is signed, a few things have to get sewn up pretty quickly, namely the title and cover. I’m pretty jazzed that we landed on titles for the three publications:
BOOK: Prophets, Priests, Pastors, & Poets: Being and Becoming the Resurrected Christ
STUDY: Possibility: Our Advent Journey with the Prophet, Priest, Pastor, & Poet
STUDY: Beckon: Our Lenten Journey with the Prophet, Priest, Pastor, & Poet
We are looking at a Fall 2025 release for the Book and Advent Study, soon followed by the Lenten study. There is a lot to do before them, but I’ll keep folks updated as the story unfolds.
