First, apologies for those of you have been getting all kinds of weird crap from this website. Without going into too much detail to taking up too much of your time, the short story is that I AM AN IDIOT.
A few months ago, my site get a little messed up during a wordpress update and, rather than try to go in and fix it, I just let it be. Not the smartest idea in the world as the backup that I thought I had was not what I actually had (This has since changed) and I just kept avoiding the problem.
Idiot.
The result is, after hiring a Wordpress expert, that I have lost pretty much everything that I have ever written on this blog. Yep, E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.
At the end of the day, this is totally my fault, and honestly, a little cathartic. This site had become bloated and was due for a major overhaul. I am sure that I will miss some stuff as time goes on, but this gives me a chance to trim it down quite a bit, make it cleaner and hopefully be more accessible for today's social media life. My hope is to rebuild in the next few weeks and have it be a work-in-process. It'll be fun to stretch my WordPress muscles again.
